The House Cleaning Company is my sixth baby

Cleaning isn’t just a job for me —it’s a passion.

I’ve always loved the feeling of seeing a space transform from cluttered and chaotic to clean and serene.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about knowing that my work helps others feel at ease and happy in their homes.

My journey

My journey in cleaning began at a special place—for the Ronald McDonald House Charities, where I had the privilege of providing a clean, comfortable space for families of sick children staying at Starship Hospital.

For these families, a clean room and fresh towels weren’t just conveniences—they were lifelines, offering one less thing to worry about during a difficult time.

I worked my way up to Head housekeeper and Team leader during my time at RMHC, before leaving to start my new journey creating and growing The Home Cleaning Company.

That experience shaped my approach to cleaning and instilled in me a deep sense of purpose in helping others through my work.

After we had our last child, going back to shift work, working weekends and night shift work just wasn’t possible with our young busy family.

And so, The House Cleaning Company was born with the mission to help you reclaim your time, reduce your stress, and create a space where you can be at peace.
